Erin graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from Manchester Metropolitan University and is a registered member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). During her training, she gained valuable clinical experience across a range of settings including intermediate care, acute respiratory and intensive care units (ICU), community neurological rehabilitation, and women’s health. Erin also had the opportunity to work with a League Two football team, supporting athletes in a professional sports environment.

In addition to her physiotherapy degree, Erin completed a VTCT Level 4 qualification in Sports Massage Therapy. This enabled her to volunteer with the Manchester Movement Unit, where she worked closely with university sports scholars — including athletes who have competed at international level. Erin also provided sports massage support at the 2025 Great Manchester Run.

Outside of work, Erin has a strong passion for sport and plays competitive hockey. She was proud to represent her university in the final of the Northern Conference Cup, and she was honoured to be selected as club captain.

Erin gained her SAFE level 2 emergency first aid in rugby course with the IRFU and has been working with Ballynahinch RFC’s women’s first team who are playing in the Ulster women’s premiership.

Jonathon Ward BSc (HONS) Phys, MCSP, SRP, Pg Cert Manual Ther, Pg Dip Manip Ther, mSTO, mBMAS Principal Physiotherapist

After studying at the University of Ulster for his batchelors degree in physiotherapy, Jonathon gained experience in South Africa, USA and the UK. He began his career working in both the national health services of South Africa and the UK were he began specialising in the field of musculoskeletal. Jonathon has since, worked in the private health sector over the last 15 years.

Throughout his career, Jonathon has worked alongside an assortment of sports teams specialising in a variety of sports injury rehabilitation programmes. He also took a core stability class for 2 years which focused on strengthening the back and providing postural correction.

He has completed various post grad musculoskeletal courses, one of the most notable being a Post Cert certificate in Manual Therapy from Glasgow Caledonian. This is part of the MACP which is an elite organization of physiotherapists that ensures the highest standard of excellence in the treatment of muscle, joint and nerve problems. In fact only a very small percentage of Chartered Physiotherapist in the UK hold this qualification. He has completed a Post Graduate Certificate & Diploma in Manipulative Therapy allowing him to specialise in both advanced physiotherapy, chiropractic and osteopathic manipulation techniques across the body.

Jonathon takes a keen interest in manipulations, manual therapy, dry needling, electrotherapy, core stability, ergonomics, biomechanics and kinesiology testing.Most recently he has undertaken training in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Imaging and with now having an Ultrasound scanner at the clinic helps making diagnosis of certain conditions even more precise. Throughout the years he has membership with the OCPPP (Organisation of Chartered Physiotherapists in Private Practise), aMACP, STO (Sports Therapy Organisation) ACPOHE (Organisation of Chartered Physiotherapists in Occupational Health & Ergonomics) and BMAS (Bristish Medical Acupuncture Society). He aims to provide an individualised treatment based on an holistic approach for the optimal results of each patient.

Mateusz graduated from Ulster University in 2023. He is registered with the HCPC as well as the CSP and works in both the public and private sectors of health care. He has completed his rotation in musculoskeletal outpatients and is now working in domiciliary care in the community within the public sector. 

Mateusz has completed his Level 3 Sports Massage and Kinesiology taping certificates. He has had experience through the NHS, private work, and spending time working with footballers on and off the pitch to ensure they perform to the best of their abilities. 

Mateusz is an active individual who is a regular gym goer and keen footballer, playing at various levels of football in NI, spending time with Portstewart FC, Coleraine FC, Derry City, and others. 

He is originally Polish and fluent in the language, having been born there, but was raised on the North Coast in Portstewart since he was two years old. Mateusz is also currently undergoing extensive rehabilitation following a knee operation and understands what it is like to have setbacks through injury. 

This means that Mateusz’s goal is to get you back to your very best through a holistic approach individualised for each of his patients.
